The Health Strong Mission
My mission as a health and fitness coach is to educate the people I work with so that they can walk away with sustainable results. I strive for my clients to build the confidence to pick up weights in the gym, to be able to move their body without pain, to have the knowledge to make nutritional choices to feel their best without extreme dieting/deprivation, and to understand that a long term healthy lifestyle requires balance, self-love, and perseverance.
I have been working in the training industry since 2015, and have experience working with both men and women who have different starting points, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. I genuinely want to see you succeed and will support you every step of the way. Positive vibes, accountability, & encouragement are all my job to give to you each day you walk into a training session.

A Holistic Approach
I am passionate about using strength based programming and providing education on eating real and delicious food to reach your goals…not opting for extreme diets, quick fixes, skinny teas, fat burners and waist trainers. Real results take time, commitment, patience, and hard work. I truly believe that quality nutrition and regular exercise are some of the best prescriptions out there to achieve and maintain our best bodies and minds. Health Strong Training is for everyone, no matter where you’re at in your health & fitness journey..it is never too late to start taking control of your health and making changes.
